Clear, quality items

Navigating the site is quite easy. For the delivery, I was given a date during the week and then I received a message informing me that I would receive my order earlier than expected but... on a Saturday. In my package, I had a fiber optic lamp whose base is filled with water and glitter, but it leaked. Otherwise, the purchased products suit me.

Perfect! Nothing to report.

Happy with the product, but less so with the delivery delay due to the carrier.

Some items are missing and some are broken.

Order never received because the delivery person lost the package. Wesco after-sales service took 3 weeks for a new shipment.

More than a month to be delivered, I don't understand why Wesco doesn't inform the customer right away, that is to say at the time of ordering... delays when a product is out of stock... It's very unfortunate when you're waiting for materials to work. I had to contact them twice. But this is the first time this has happened. My previous orders went smoothly. But here, not even a gesture or an apology... I had to order urgently elsewhere to work...
