Nothing to complain about the products, nor about the delivery made by a very friendly delivery person. However, the last packages themselves were in a sad state. That's why I took away one star. I cannot rate the items that were ordered for an establishment for autistic adults. Only they could answer these questions.

Order placed on 10/10/19, check sent and lost so late follow-up in November, then check sent again with a note asking to send a message upon arrival / message not sent. Order received on 25/11/19 with unpaid invoice BUT when calling, I was told that the check had been received and cashed! Then check cashed without having received the paid invoice!

Order completely in line with my expectations.

Several times our orders have arrived incomplete, there are always some missing items like furniture sliders, screws for shelves... We are disappointed with this loss of quality and especially with the responsiveness.
