Still waiting for a lost package... I absolutely need it for November 25th and customer service: 0 except to tell me they will find this package but when!!?? I would have imagined that they would have been more accommodating with the nurseries!!! Too bad Mathou will have better quality service and instead of searching they would have resent me the package (value 29€...)

However, the delivery method via GLS was lacking, whether in delivery or in the friendliness of the telephone operators.

The ordered items are very good but upon delivery the boxes were torn and open. I had to check the contents of the three boxes.

Still not delivered and impossible to track my order
