Package received in a completely ripped box. The cot is slightly damaged. There was also a problem with my address, the delivery person did not have it before calling me. So a one-day delivery delay.

The delivery of my package regarding a new standard cot 130 by 54 had two issues. The first is that the delivery person did not have my precise address even though I mentioned it on my account, he could not deliver to me yesterday. The second is that my package arrived with a very damaged box. The cot is slightly damaged. I wish to send you photos.
