Meh, order preparation times quite long, delivery late... we've seen better. I got discouraged from contacting customer service, I wanted to contact by email but I don't think that's possible.

Delivery times not respected (and too bad for us if we end up without a gift on our child's birthday) useless customer service, showing a great lack of professionalism towards customers (at least pretend to care when on the phone please!) No response justifying such a delay in delivery has been provided to me, which says a lot about the internal order management... apologies would have been welcome! You promise to keep us informed and prioritize our order... then silence! This purchase left a very bitter taste, I will obviously never return, and I will share my experience with a large community. Please reread your beautiful commitments before taking customers for fools.

As soon as I received my order, I suggested my son try it (1 month before school). He doesn't want to let it go, which reassures me in my choice!! Very good finish, seems robust at the closure and padded. A little bit cushioned so I hope my son won't be too hot, but it will depend on the warmth of the room and not a problem with the sleeping bag. I recommend it.
