I waited 3 weeks to receive a mat that was not the one I ordered 60/120 instead of 130/130. I therefore refused the package and was told that my case would be processed in 2 weeks. I notice a lack of professionalism. A mistake can happen, but the least you can do is correct it as quickly as possible.

Hello, the only issue with the order is that I chose a delivery date (quite far away). Order placed on September 1st and we requested delivery between September 23rd and 25th, and it was only on the 25th or 26th that we were informed that our order was not ready, which I find really unfortunate! Moreover, the reception with the carrier went very well and they were very friendly. A big negative point for the delay in information regarding the delayed order.

I was informed that there would be a slight delay in delivery, as the package had been damaged. And indeed, when I went to pick it up, the box had been completely destroyed, roughly resealed with plastic ties and inside one of the packs of 10 notebooks was completely torn and the notebooks scattered in the box, some damaged: corners bent... this was due, I think, to the use of a box that was far too large for what it contained and therefore no support for the contents. So very clearly the packaging needs to be reviewed as well as the shipping conditions.

Non-respect of delivery times. 2 months delay, no email to inform about the shipment. I sent an email 3 weeks after the initial delivery date to ask what was going on and I NEVER received a response from customer service. My order was indeed small as I am just a private individual, but I find that absolutely disrespectful!! I am therefore totally disappointed with Wesco.
