For a first order I am really delighted, in terms of quality price I haven't seen better, and it's a French company so I recommend it 100 times!

First order with WESCO was great!! The wheelbarrow arrived 'perfect' on time: very well timed even before Easter holidays and the package was in great condition. For the second order: the 3 ordered items are available but, in the end, only 2 items arrive (package also very good); the 3rd having a slight delay (1 week) and damaged package but whole item! Phew!! Otherwise, the contact with WESCO is very good! Thanks for the quality of the items! The kids love 'everything' and the parents (or grandparents in our case) love it because it's beautiful material and very 'sturdy'!!

The delivery announced for the next day arrived one business day later than expected. Otherwise, everything else was OK. I had no information on the packaging which would have been very useful for transport and storage: maybe I wouldn't have chosen this product.

Order never delivered by the carrier and Wesco completely shifts the blame onto them. A complaint was made to the company responsible for the delivery but so far no news. The least they could do is issue a refund!
