Quality products, early delivery, nothing to say... Very good service.

Good site just I did not receive my order on the estimated day and was informed that it would be 2 days later

What is the point of setting a delivery date and not respecting it? Luckily, I was present. Product delivered before the scheduled date.

Very disappointed with the delivery! We are asked to choose a day and a time (a time slot) which I find great, so I block a morning on purpose and in the end, nothing! No visit, no news... I call several times but all the advisors are busy so I send an email and I receive a call 3 hours later while I have left home.. And then I am offered a delivery not before the next day and I am told that one package out of the 2 is missing... Anyway... Disappointed

Average satisfaction because the delivery was long. I had to call several times, first wesco then directly the carrier who directed me to the final carrier! Finally my item arrived, in very dirty plastic. It's a shame that the mat was folded in half, after a week of use there is still a mark in the middle. I hope it will go away.

I did not receive my complete order, I am missing items: a pack of 10 gloves so I had to send a complaint and my file will not be processed for 2 weeks. Too bad otherwise the wesco site respects our requests regarding deliveries.
