The baskets are very small...very disappointed...moreover the baskets were sent in a huge box..in terms of ecology I find it very disappointing from your brand

Hello, I am disappointed because the Rody bouncing ball is not identical to the one I ordered and for my autistic son it was very important that it be identical to the one he designated to receive as a gift, as a result I will have to order another one on another site exactly as he wishes, since the one you sent me does not match your image of the green Rody on your site. Indeed, I wanted a green Rody with blue on top but I received a green Rody with orange. Please know that for an autistic person this is very upsetting. Also in the future, I do not think I will place another order with you, as I remain dissatisfied with this bouncing ball which is still relatively expensive given my low income.
