Delivery times a bit long but okay...

Clear and easy to use

A check of the order just before its departure would have prevented me from receiving a footrest instead of the large bin ordered. Adhering to the delivery date announced in the order confirmation would have allowed me to refuse the wrong package immediately. The processing time for these errors, for which I am not responsible, is too long compared to a normal order.

I placed an order for an amount of €250 and it wasn't even verified before being sent. I received an item that was poorly manufactured in the factory. I am also disappointed with my supposedly odorless bin which smells just as much as any other bin every time I add a layer.
