Very good products, meeting my expectations and of good quality. However, the carpets and foams of the module were not very well protected; packaged in very dirty plastics. They arrived with traces of dirt.... Delivery 2 days after the expected deadline.

I liked being able to recommend the same reference of cot for my school nap after 3 years, as the needs had changed. An unfortunate detail: the delivery instructions "Do not deliver between 8:30 AM and 4 PM" were simply not passed on to the delivery person. I recommend Wesco products.

Order that was supposed to arrive between March 12 and 14, 2019, ultimately after 2 calls it arrives only on the 20th and it's not the right item. In the end, I have to fill out a form where there is a 15-day delay for processing and to find out if I can get a new one or be refunded!

I did not understand why I received an email notifying me that my entire order was on hold due to out-of-stock products, while everything was in stock on the site. Finally, after an email to customer service, which is very responsive, I received my order quickly, and everything was very well packaged and protected.
