VERY BIG DELIVERY PROBLEM! due to a miscommunication of information by your services. An estimated delivery date was given to me (between September 26 and 30). I also selected a desired date just in case (September 26). I had specified that the structure was closed on Wednesdays in the comments. A person called me the Monday before the delivery, to which I explained everything again. She assured me she would inform the delivery person, so everything was clear and defined. This did not prevent the delivery from being made on Wednesday, September 25, and having a very unpleasant exchange with the delivery person who disturbed me on my day off and not only hung up on me but also went to deliver to the town hall without my consent or even notifying me. I had asked a girl from the team to come on her day off to open the door for him anyway. I am very angry and very reluctant to renew the experience with you.
