Order of three tricycles for the Christmas gift for two kindergarten classes, they arrived 3 days after the announced deadline, the children were very disappointed to see nothing under the tree upon their return from vacation... Moreover, in the packages we did not have the correct bolts to proceed with the assembly and with the delivery delay, it was impossible to return them, we had to manage on our own. This is very disappointing for a brand that is a reference in the field of children's equipment..

Good products. Delivery needs to be reviewed: received a text with a phone number to change the delivery day and time but impossible to reach this carrier. So blocked from 8am to 4pm. Not great before Christmas and the issues on the roads at this time!!
