Hello,
Following the quote sent and engaged by the town hall, I have not received a response regarding my order. After several weeks of waiting, I manage, with difficulty, to reach someone who takes my order into account.
Then, I receive it in duplicate.
I filled out the complaint form after speaking on the phone with an advisor.
Now I have no response and cannot reach you by phone.
The duplicate is waiting for the carrier at the primary school to be picked up.
