Very practical site

Never again, the delivery person didn't even call me, I pay delivery fees to be delivered at home and they put a relay point instead, so I'm not nearby and of course Wesco can't do anything, I will never order there again

3 orders (very expensive).. And 3 product returns: defective tank (3 months for the exchange to happen) + seat arrived in the wrong color (2 months wait as well: it was a photo error on the website!!!!) + finally, one of the two quadruple strollers received last week is broken upon unpacking! Not to mention the igloo chairs that are really not practical to wash (dust collector) and the sheets for the cots that have elastics that give way after two washes. We are extremely disappointed with Wesco. For a professional range.. It is really very disappointing. For our other establishments for young children, we are definitely turning to another site!!!!

Problem in the description. A piece of information given by customer service that would have been useful because knowing it I would not have ordered. A return service that is slow (missing attachment no response, in short I am super disappointed because this is a purchase I was making for my birthday and that by addressing Wesco I thought I would have quality and listening.

Order received quickly. Only downside, my product, a large floor mat, was not very well packaged. Just a large plastic bag, which was torn upon arrival. Fortunately, the mat seems very sturdy and was not damaged by the tear.
