Big problem with the delivery. The first part of the packages was left in front of our door without ringing the intercom, one of the boxes was even open; there was no shipping slip. The rest of the boxes arrived later and were thrown over our gate without any warning of course!!!! The product itself is of good quality, I have nothing to complain about, but I have two issues to report: the first is the extremely long delivery time (a product ordered from China does better in terms of delivery time). The second problem is with the choice of delivery service, there is only one provider to take or leave, and this one is very demanding (the delivery person is not allowed to go up the building's stairs! Given that I work and my wife is at home with a young child, she begged the delivery person to take the package upstairs, and I find that unacceptable!). Moreover, the Colissimo tracking informed me by email of the arrival of my order on 29/04/2025, I was stuck at home (package not fitting in my mailbox) the whole morning!! No corrective information in the morning of 29/04!!! It was only by checking the tracking, after the delivery time slot had passed, that I discovered that my package would only be delivered on 03/05/2025!!
