Order in two parts, the first package more or less opened before delivery and the second one without issues, my advice is to better tape the shipping box, please. Thank you.

Very responsive customer service. Delivery without problems but the quality of the packaging (a simple thin cardboard) for a rug at this price could be improved.

Practical site. Just a damaged box (packaging of the large rug) because it did not close well: fortunately the rug is in good condition.
