The packaging of the order was poorly done, the postal service's colisimo reported a package incident and refused to take charge of the package. I have had no feedback from Wesco regarding this issue. I gave 3 stars because of the delivery. For the first delivery, I was not informed of the delivery day. I was at home but the delivery person did not come to ring. 2nd delivery: time slot: 'we will pass during the day...' when calling in the morning, they tell me they will pass in the afternoon and they came at 3 PM. It is really not practical to have to block the whole day. Disappointed with this delivery which is not adapted to the schedule of a private individual.

Regarding the ordered product, nothing to say but I am very disappointed regarding the delivery because for an order placed on a Thursday having paid €14.90 for express delivery in 24h, the package only arrived on Monday! And when we ask for explanations and a refund of the delivery costs from customer service, there is no one and no response! Really not serious! Therefore, this is the first and last time I will use this site because there are much cheaper and much more serious options elsewhere.
