Hello, The supplier Wesco is not at fault (although the product I initially ordered was out of stock and the restocking times were doubled compared to what was announced on the website). The company tasked by Wesco to carry out the delivery is the issue: delivery window from 9 am to 5 pm (nothing more precise) and the delivery person delivers to the street and refuses to enter your residence (he is not paid to 'take the elevator').
Efficient, fast, WESCO sells items perfectly suited for children. To evaluate the contents of my order, I will have to wait for Christmas, as the toys are intended for that period.
The site is great. The products are very well described which gives a good perception for potential purchase.

I really like the products offered. I have never been disappointed. However, I am a professional in early childhood (childminder) and I regularly order from the wesco site and have been doing so for several years, and I never benefit from any advantages or discounts... The products and speed are satisfactory. However, the packages are not sturdy enough: more than half of the 6 packages were opened and/or damaged (opened along the perforated lines, or a piece of cardboard detached with very small visible glue dots at the start). As a result, 4 items missing.
