Very easy to navigate the site, not overloaded, no intrusive ads. The products are great, prices are a bit high on some items (found cheaper elsewhere but only by a few euros). The quality is there. Very serious site.

Did not receive my order on time nor all the requested materials

The changing mat is perfect. The GLS delivery person, less so. The package was delivered to a pickup point, even though we were home. I only received the SMS notifying me of the delivery the next day.
