Very good site

Big issues regarding delivery: a first delivery notice that we never found in our mailbox... Then after a call to Wesco, the carrier contacts us to confirm their visit on Wednesday... without specifying a time slot... basically, I take a day off to receive my son's play mat... after waiting more than 15 days... For an item that I paid 75 euros for, I'm a bit frustrated...

Hello! I have received my order, and earlier than expected, I was delighted. However, despite doing everything necessary, my product does not work well, and I returned it on Monday, with an explanatory note. Hoping to receive another Time Tracker in good working condition and without additional costs (as I had to pay shipping fees to return it) soon, so I can properly rate the Wesco site! We encountered many problems with receiving defective products and delivery times not respected (4 months to receive the entirety of our order). Very disappointed overall!

This is my first order and I highly recommend it. The site is very well done and the article is of quality. However, disappointed with the delivery, my package arrived completely smashed. No complaint possible according to the post office... Wesco be careful with your delivery people.

We were disappointed with the reception of the kitchen for 2 years and older, it is quite small and we also received the refrigerator model with the same shelf, so it is not possible to assemble it.
