I give 4 stars because there is room for improvement regarding the packaging of the parcel, which is too easily opened on the sides without needing to be torn, allowing for too easy theft of the contents; the packaging cardboard needs to be reviewed.

I had to send an email to ask for an explanation upon receiving the first part as there was no delivery note or other explanatory documents. Moreover, the dates and opening days of the service, despite the precision in the email, were not respected for the delivery: the order was therefore left in a hallway after being received by an outsider.
