WESCO site and WESCO products are perfect. Delivery is very restrictive: fixed delivery day because the carrier is very far away, obligation by the carrier to be at home between 9 am and 4 pm, as no precise delivery time is provided. I don't know if I will order from WESCO again. Too bad.
The gloves are of good quality, but your entire logistics platform needs serious review, as well as your communication, which leaves much to be desired. It is a shame to keep a nursery waiting for 2 months without gloves due to supply delays on 2 occasions.

This is the first time I am ordering from this site, and I think there are improvements to be made regarding the checkout process. Otherwise, a wide choice of products and competitive prices. I want to say that customer service as well as after-sales service are very competent and very responsive. The negative point is the delivery time, which is a bit long.
The customer service part is complicated... we have a problem with our order... the processing time for our order is very long and poorly followed.
