I am a childminder. I want sturdy material that lasts, but apart from the play mat, I can't buy anything else for motor skills because it's very expensive.

The delivery was 2 days late. If I hadn't contacted customer service, I would have never known. We ordered from your site for your seriousness and we were very disappointed. We had a meeting with the Departmental Council for a site visit and 10 minutes late, the mattresses would not have been delivered. This caused real dissatisfaction. The mattresses themselves are compliant.

Delivery received more than 6 weeks after the order for 1 item that was out of stock. The item was delivered alone well before the others that I had to follow up on...

The items correspond exactly to what I expected, very well protected by the sturdy packaging. Overall observation: despite everything, I regret that, on the materials intended for learning with children, VAT is not lower!...

Package poorly packaged, mattress edge even the box was torn, mattress cover carabiner defective, the latter gives off a very strong unbearable smell of burnt plastic, impossible to use it like the inclined plane, black mattress foam for a baby hygiene is paramount and frankly not present at all, after-sales service absent after numerous calls and emails with no response from them, it has been a month since we have been trying to reach someone without success... It's pathetic, I do not recommend at all... I who thought the brand was serious, I am extremely disappointed and will not fail to specify it.

The site itself is very good, however, the delivery and the friendliness of the representatives leave much to be desired! The site indicated my items were available, it took me over a month to receive everything! And when I called to find out where it was, the representative was more than unpleasant. I was hesitating to buy from another site and well, that's what I will do next time!

Very useful as there are many quality products but the phone service is deplorable every time. The staff has no desire to help us.
