Package received without a box, in plastic with a hole, not easy for gift wrapping, the carrier came 2 times, the package was supposed to be delivered to my mom who is 80 years old and not mobile, my partner had to meet him because the delivery person stopped 300m from the home otherwise he would have had to make a detour.
