A bit long to send, delivery by DPD was a bit catastrophic. But the quality of the products and the responsiveness of customer service are really very good.

Order in two parts, the first package more or less opened before delivery and the second one without issues, my advice is to better tape the shipping box, please. Thank you.

We have placed several orders with you. For several orders, we had to call customer service because parts of the furniture were damaged (screws lying in the boxes that scratched the furniture, cracked furniture, missing screws). After contacting customer service, I am still waiting for a replacement board that has not yet arrived after 3 weeks of delivery, but I have not heard back. I would not recommend you.

I am still waiting for a response from customer service to return the rug purchased and received damaged for which the shipping costs would be at my expense!

Practical site. Just a damaged box (packaging of the large rug) because it did not close well: fortunately the rug is in good condition.

Some products are super expensive, I have given up on many purchases because of the prices which I find unjustified.
