Efficient, fast site and fully compliant with the order

Following our various orders, we find that each time the packaging of certain items is damaged, which has sometimes led us to call customer service.

I am happy with the product and that is why I give 2 stars! Indeed, my item was delivered to another person, at another address! Fortunately, this person saw my number on the package and honestly contacted me. I then had to go pick up my package from this person! What a shame to have to pay shipping costs for a package scheduled for May 7, which arrived on the 4th!!!!
