A total mess for the delivery: supposedly you can choose your day. I requested January 15. The customer service contacted by phone for something else told me that it would actually be between the 15th and the 17th, but that I would be informed by the carrier the day before. Consequently, WITHOUT WARNING, the carrier delivered on the 13th, at the moment I was supposed to leave, which made me late for the rest of my day...
