Very satisfied with the sensory igloo which meets my expectations. Less satisfied with the inflator/deflator which is very noisy and not very durable over time!

Very good quality and fast delivery

Very good product, in accordance with the description. The order tracking is appreciated since one color was missing on cones replaced by another. The only downside, an impressive number of boxes, sometimes with only 1 cone of 33cm in a box of 60x40cm.

No appointment for delivery... when you work and have young children under 3 years old, it's complicated. Moreover, delivery during the little ones' nap and the delivery person wanted to leave everything on the sidewalk!!! I find this unacceptable especially since I had 23 packages! I am very disappointed. And yet I am a fan of the items... I have been ordering for a long time.

The items were not well packaged. The delivery arrived 3 days after the last expected day.

Ordered on 30/12/2024, I was delivered on January 15. For a reception time between January 10 and 13, 2025.

The site is quite readable, but a CSR policy is displayed while the shipments are made in 4 packages, which doesn't seem very CSR to me. Moreover, the shipping time of 10 days is long.

Nothing to report! Everything is okay!
