Hello, order well received but in 2026 the excessive packaging of products (floor marking disc, sensory sticks) while the floor mats are not well protected at all as they bend in the delivery truck, resulting in a slight mark on the mat. For this product, a more substantial packaging to keep its shape would have been wise. The rest of the order is fine
Impeccable service. We equipped the school (kindergarten) with 50 "bicycles": bikes and balance bikes. The total equipment was completed over 2 school years due to the cost and different funding sources: town hall, school cooperative, educational city. The sales manager understood our request and made a proposal that satisfied us. Furthermore, we wanted Wesco bikes not only because they are designed for community use but also because they are easy to repair (parts available for 10 years). We have balance bikes from the Major Sports Brand in France, I regularly spend time reviewing them: tightening, adjusting, and even repairing. On one of the orders, the delivery people made a mistake, Wesco was responsive and resolved the problem quickly. I recommend with full confidence.

The order itself I suppose is fine! But the DPD delivery service, let's just say it's lacking! They've postponed my delivery 3 times.
As a Childcare Assistant, I buy everything from Wesco for its reliability, safety, and quality. From professional to home, just like in a nursery. It's a budget but of quality that lasts a long time. Excellent after-sales service, never disappointed by Wesco.
On the other hand, very satisfied with my order, small question why in a plastic bag instead of a box?
