The delivery was terrible... the package was slipped between two mailboxes, we didn't find it on the day of delivery, we contested the delivery. The return from Chronopost and Wesco was 'The package was deposited in the mailbox in a safe place' we found the package 10 days later.... obviously, it got wet and molded. We are waiting for a refund or a gesture...

The navigation on the site is quite good. But I couldn't get someone on the phone, it never answers! and by email, no one replied to me either regarding a problem with stains on the wall mattresses ordered for a nursery!! Given your prices, I find this outrageous!

It's good material, no worries. Only, the delivery was made on the day of the start of school. For beds for the students, it's not ideal for the teacher and her ASEM to prepare. I had to call Wesco to be delivered urgently on Monday morning. The delivery person kindly dropped the box in the classroom.

Very good quality of products, I recommend these bibs, they are used in nurseries... I buy them for my grandchildren because I know the product well. Too bad the pink first age bib with the heart was out of stock.

Very good, too bad the cart empties when you don't order right away! Delivery as planned! I was surprised to receive the rug even though it was out of stock until the end of September normally! Delighted!!

It was agreed for delivery on August 27, 2024. I was present in the morning, 2 of my colleagues during the day. The delivery person had my personal phone number. No one showed up at the school and the delivery tracking was updated for a delivery scheduled for September 5, after the start of classes.

Very good, the material is beautiful and was shipped very quickly. Excellent value for money: I recommend!

However, big problem with the delivery person not delivering to the indicated address and boxes ripped open
