Fast delivery. However, the ordered product is of poor quality. The chewable pendant crumbles after 2 weeks of use. It's shameful.

Delivery within the expected time frame

For now, I am not satisfied. I ordered 2 scooters and received 2 balance bikes. I made a complaint on Monday, April 29. I am awaiting a response soon. Best regards

Following a delivery error, the after-sales service did not help us at all, we had to contact the carrier ourselves. Package lost on the dock, as of now there is still one item missing that wesco claims to have delivered. But this is not at all in our possession.

Disappointing. 2 beds ordered but only one received....and I am made to understand that this is not possible! Proof in hand, weight of the package for only 1 bed, wesco is acting in bad faith, stuck on the number of packages delivered and not on the products ordered! Unbelievable! I should have ordered from Amazon. Never had a problem with them.
