Following a delivery error, the after-sales service did not help us at all, we had to contact the carrier ourselves. Package lost on the dock, as of now there is still one item missing that wesco claims to have delivered. But this is not at all in our possession.

Disappointing. 2 beds ordered but only one received....and I am made to understand that this is not possible! Proof in hand, weight of the package for only 1 bed, wesco is acting in bad faith, stuck on the number of packages delivered and not on the products ordered! Unbelievable! I should have ordered from Amazon. Never had a problem with them.

Hello, how can I say that I am disappointed with Wesco known in the field of early childhood I bought a changing table with stairs from you. First, I find that it is not very well made. The stairs are too close together, making it difficult to position correctly to take care of the child, after mounting it, I saw that there was a loss at the back, the quality of the furniture for the little that we put a screw it cracks. Anyway, for the price I don't find it great, I had an IKEA changing table for 15 years. It's because I'm getting older that I found it practical to have stairs for the children, otherwise I would have stayed with my furniture, there is nothing mean in what I told you, but simply my feeling to help you improve, because working with children all the time, your material, especially regarding the changing table with stairs is not really suitable.
