Quality products!

Quality material suitable for young children. Sent quickly and received in excellent condition. And very pretty too...

It's not very easy to search for what you want, you struggle a bit but with patience you eventually find it, proof we ordered.

The products received are in accordance with the order but the transparent plastic packaging was open. No cardboard box to protect the transport. A simple plastic bag does not seem sufficient given the price of the products sold.

Tricycle arrived with a warped front wheel and a broken plastic part, return request made to customer service 5 days ago and unsuccessful phone call. Our request has still not been processed and we have no information... Given the price of the tricycle, it's shameful!! Better to buy another model elsewhere, run away.

The chair is perfect. However, the delivery time was quite long.

Delivery was ahead of schedule even though I had chosen a time slot for organizational reasons, but no problem in the end. The only issue was some small cuts on a plastic part of a cot that do not hinder its use but are not great considering the price.

Searching for the product is very easy. Delivery was a bit later than expected. The delivery person called me as I was not home during the delivery.

I had requested to change the invoice recipient as I could not do it in my personal space (the title to be changed is not active and cannot be modified). However, following email exchanges, this request was supposed to be taken into account. The invoice received is actually not updated and therefore cannot be paid as it is!
