Top quality materials, the teachers are delighted

Deliveries are very long and the customer service people are not always kind and efficient. However, the products are great!

Clear and precise, I was able to find what I was looking for right away.

I find the prices exaggerated.

The delivery was the problem because they only had daily time slots without precise hours, it is impossible to take a day off just to receive a package. I went myself to Rungis to pick up the package directly from the carrier even though I paid for delivery. The packaging cover was torn, fortunately the package was not damaged.

Disappointed with the return system where not only do we have to pay shipping costs with the original box required for a light product that could fit in an envelope, but we are also not refunded the full price!
