I had to contact customer service regarding my order, I was very poorly received by a very unfriendly and unpleasant person. Having placed an order of nearly €4000, I expected better quality customer service. Furthermore, the site states a 48-hour delivery for products marked in stock, but I was told that this did not apply to large orders. It would be good to clarify this. I received my order in 11 days.

We indicate in our general sales conditions a delivery time between 3 and 5 days. It is also specified that 'This delay is not guaranteed for orders containing a large quantity of items'. Hello, I am more than disappointed with this order: a kitchen trio for my guests, one piece arrived with broken knobs. A second has screws longer than the other furniture and thus the screws damaged the facade. Emails and complaints. No response. Aside from all this, the quality of the furniture is top-notch.
