Delivery arrived faster than expected, great.

Very disappointed with the delivery. I paid more for express delivery. The deadlines were not only not respected, but the delivery took 3 days for a wooden kitchen. Finally, the card was debited while the delivery was not made.

Smaller than it seems

I received the broken chest, I request a refund, you send me 2 documents, one telling me that I need to return the damaged goods at my expense, so 13.90 euros. With a label to stick on the package to send it back to you, which I did on Wednesday 20/12/2023 in the evening, and the next day I receive a message saying that it is not necessary given the photos I sent you, and that you will send me a chest. So in all this, it costs me, I want to send you all the proof of your letter and my shipment to Chronopost, as by chance, [email protected] tells me that my message is refused. Thank you Wesco, very disappointed.

Very good. The bench is very beautiful. We will see in use if the colors do not fade and if the seat does not deform. Fortunately, I had a code for free delivery because otherwise it was too expensive.

Efficient customer service but the product was defective twice. Optimal response from customer service during the first return: "We confirm the handling of your complaint. We are doing what is necessary to send you a new board. We will not take back the defective one, you can throw it away. With all our apologies for the inconveniences encountered." However, the second product had the same defect. I did not return it but repaired it myself. The brand is JUVENILIA. Disappointed by the quality of manufacturing.
