When I ordered on the Wesco site, the delivery time was communicated to me, indicating that I would receive my order by December 12 at the latest. On December 12, I stayed at home to receive my order but it never arrived. The order tracking is useless, it has been indicating for several days that my package was out for delivery and that an appointment was in progress (in clear terms, nothing precise regarding the shipment, it was stuck at the same stage all along). On the evening of the 12th, I received a call from a carrier who asked me to choose a date for the delivery of this famous package. I told him that I should receive it during the day, that the site had indicated this detail to me. This was false... The carrier did not have this information. I then contacted Wesco to understand this shortcoming and this lie, and they informed me that I would receive my order within the week! Long live December 12! While when ordering they ask for a maximum delivery date... which they ultimately do not take into account. The carrier brought me my package today, December 13. But I am still disappointed with the lack of truthfulness regarding the shipping of orders. Fast shipping, delivery tracking, and taking into account a date attract the customer, but behind that, when you stay at home waiting for a package that does not arrive, it is not nice to experience. The bed is still in wonderful condition, as indicated in the photo on the site. The quality seems to be present despite a price that is still high just for a bed frame. I therefore allow myself to take away one star.
