The Wesco site is very easy, you can quickly find what you are looking for. The delivery took place on the scheduled day indicated during the order. Several emails informed me of the progress of my order. The 6 packages were in perfect condition, the table in one box, each stool in a box, and the rest in another box. Very satisfactory experience. We contacted customer service after receiving the product. The harness was not secured, thrown loosely in a transparent package. The instructions... 2 drawings. Our son has a very rare genetic disease, he has very severe hypotonia at 3 years old, he is below the height and weight curves and is almost a vegetable. Bought on the advice of our physiotherapist... The harness is not compliant, it is not attached to any fastening on the back. Nothing is done to keep it in place. It's as if it were suspenders, with the straps hanging on either side of the back of the chair. For safety, it's 0 and no response from customer service. (The 2 stars are just for the size of the chair). If anyone wants to respond to us, we are here, because this silence is astonishing for medical equipment.
