I never received my order even though it was shipped on November 17. The customer service is unreachable so I don't know what's going on. I sent an email and they offered me a complaint that will be processed within 10 days, unacceptable!

Why charge for a colissimo if we are picking up our package at a relay point? A relay point that can be the post office anyway! Might as well have it delivered by the post office in that case, we use less gas!

The order tracking showed my order as nonexistent, so no information on the delivery. Product delivered to a pickup point for over a week without info (my order almost went back...) while the delivery was normally scheduled to home. Info obtained after contacting customer service.
