The order on the site went very well. The delivery was fast. BUT once unpacked to assemble the table, surprise! The legs do not screw into the table! Customer service is slow and has not yet responded to our complaint. It's been over a week...

The products are not of very good quality. Not long ago, I ordered Rody ponies, and already one pony is flat. Normally, these are products used in schools and therefore very durable. It's strange.

The delivery person left the packages in front of the building entrance without notifying a staff member of the collective daycare, even though there are 4 intercoms available. The packages could have been picked up by anyone passing by.

I am always satisfied with WESCO products, the site is easy to use, delivery is quite fast. I regret one thing about the packaging: boxes that are way too big for what they contain... It's a shame because WESCO often emphasizes respect for the environment but does not invest in packaging. The contents of my order could have fit in my mailbox but were packed in a huge box that I could only retrieve in person. It's wasteful...
