Nothing to complain about regarding the delivery. Product delivered ahead of the indicated deadlines, so it's always a nice surprise. Just a downside regarding the packaging: A box the size of a shoebox to deliver a purchase the size of a cigarette pack... not very eco-friendly... but the box is nice and we will find another use for it.

The products are of good quality but I received a part (fragile) of the delivery damaged due to lack of protection in the box. More than anything, I regret not being able to pay for my order in 4X with Paypal. I have to split my orders which impacts my ecological footprint and multiplies shipping costs.

2 missing items in my package, no response to my complaint email. The material is quite quality but in case of issues, don't expect the site to compensate or respond!

Sofa is great, just a bit disappointed with the delivery, the sofa was only wrapped in plastic in the truck with 2 crushed corners.

Hello, very angry, the deadlines are not respected and we are very poorly received on the phone despite an order of almost €10,000!!!! We are opening our nursery on September 1st and we will not have tables or chairs for the children.... We will have to go camping. We should have been informed from the start; I would have placed my order elsewhere. Not professional at all. This is my first order and my last... the director.

Serious site.

Nothing to say about customer service. Here it is more about the amount of cardboard sent and plastic used for our order of 20 hedges arriving in 20 different boxes. It would have been preferable to group the hedges with as little cardboard and plastic as possible.

Hello, I am an approved childminder, I would have liked to receive the catalog with my order to make other purchases. I have ordered several times, a little gesture from WESCO would be great or small gifts for the children we look after would be cool. WESCO has great quality for some products, but some prices are excessive. There should be attractive prices for more purchases and suitable for everyone.
