Fast delivery, serious site

The product I bought was well packaged in a box of 30 cm by 20 cm. Very good, except that this same box was placed in another very large box: 3 times the size of the purchased product. In short, it was 'swimming' in this big box and was not secured, and on top of that, I had gone by bicycle to pick it up, but it was unfeasible in that state.
