Order delivered faster than the announced deadline, so I wasn't home, and to this day I don't know where my package is or if there will be another delivery attempt... A bit disappointed with the delivery. However, no issues with the site and the ordering process.

Simple and fast

We ordered the Babisiège KIT in yellow. It is very beautiful, looks sturdy. The color is not too bright, so it's perfect. Everything is perfect except for the delivery; I noted in the delivery details that I would not be at home for 15 minutes from 9:45 to 10:00, and the delivery person called me at 9:50 to let me know he was arriving. My note on the delivery details was not taken into account. The delivery person had another delivery in my city, so I was able to receive my packages. When the packages arrived, surprise, in a large plastic bag, unprotected; I would have liked bubble wrap. For the price, I don't find that acceptable. Given the delivery person, it could have been easily stolen.

The product satisfied me. Delivery on time. For the delivery, why wasn't I informed that the package had arrived? It was left in full sun during a heatwave. The products were boiling when I found them! I am worried about keeping them and that they remain usable in the medium term.

Regarding the site, it can be a bit confusing when you don't know the product designation. But after calling, I was very well informed about what I wanted. For the delivery, it was quick, I only regret that the carrier GLS sets a time slot from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, without giving a date and does not take into account the indications mentioned during my order.
