Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. After investigating with our logistics service, we have several explanations that justify this exceptionally longer delivery time. When you choose your delivery date, the order is prepared in our warehouse 7 days in advance. In your case, the preparation of your order was scheduled for 12/27. However, this year our company was exceptionally closed between Christmas and New Year to allow our employees to fully enjoy this period. Therefore, your order was prepared with a few days delay and consequently, the delivery was also delayed. This is an unfortunate combination of circumstances and we hope this will not affect your loyalty to WESCO as your satisfaction remains our priority.
