I chose delivery by CHRONOPOST paying an extra cost of €15.90 for home delivery on 20/12/2022, and in fact, the delivery took place on 26/12 ... after Christmas ... This is the reason for my dissatisfaction. I would appreciate a refund of €15.90 as a goodwill gesture ...

Does not offer payment in installments for childminders, so for a 4-seater stroller, I went to another more expensive store to be able to pay over 12 months for the same reference. It's disappointing as if they only cater to nurseries, as a childminder, I don't feel recognized on their site as a professional in early childhood.

Your site and the product are very good. However, I am not happy with the delivery. Chronopost made it seem like they presented themselves twice without being able to deliver, while there were 4 people on site. There is also a mailbox for packages, and yours would have fit in easily. I had to go to the post office to retrieve the package.

Mattress as described and delivered quickly

The slippers are very good, padded and easily washable. However, my 15-month-old son cannot wear them, they are way too big (size 12 months). It would be helpful to indicate the length of the slippers in cm because size 20/21 can vary by brand. To help, the length is 14cm. I will order the size 6 months hoping it fits
