I just received my bunk beds yesterday, one defective, no protection inside the box. I hope they will resolve this and replace it as soon as possible.

The delivery is disappointing, the delivery person does not speak French, does not bring up the packages, and when he does, it is not in the best conditions even though he has a carrier for large packages.
