Response from WonderCity
Hello,
We are sorry that your first experience with CadeauCity did not meet your expectations.
Regarding your pre-order, please note that the announced availability dates are estimates provided by the manufacturers and may change due to production and logistics issues beyond our control. Unfortunately, your Stranger Things figurine experienced significant manufacturing delays due to particularly high demand.
However, we would like to clarify your comment about the lack of communication: our customer service team replied to you several times, including on September 24 and 29, to explain the situation and keep you informed about the progress of stock replenishment.
Regarding delivery, an additional issue did indeed arise with your Chronopost pickup point, whose identifier had changed. Our team intervened directly on your order on October 9 to resolve the issue and allow it to be shipped.
We fully understand your disappointment at this series of setbacks and sincerely regret that this first order left you with such a negative impression.
