Response from WonderCity
Good morning,
Thank you for appreciating the care we take with our shipping and packaging.
We are sorry to hear that one of your figurines arrived damaged. However, we are surprised that you did not contact our customer service team or submit a return request to let us know about the problem.
We would like to remind you that, if an item is damaged, you can request a replacement or a full refund directly from your customer account in just a few clicks, with all return shipping costs covered by us.
We could therefore have easily resolved the issue at no cost to you, had we been informed.
Our customer service team is, of course, still available to help find a solution.
