The store has a very wide range of products across many different licenses, which is much appreciated. A few minor downsides: - shipping costs for orders under €60 (home delivery or pickup point) are a little high in France; - unfortunately, pre-orders are not guaranteed (stock management for items awaiting release is unreliable, with the risk of cancellation), which can lead to some disappointment.

Response from WonderCity
Hello,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for your compliments on the diversity of our catalog!
Regarding shipping costs, we strive to offer competitive rates while maintaining a high-quality service, including free delivery on purchases of €60 or more.
Regarding pre-orders, we understand your disappointment when an order is canceled. However, it is important to remember that announced release dates are always estimates provided by manufacturers and may change due to production or logistics issues beyond our control. In some cases, manufacturers may also reduce the quantities initially planned or even cancel production of an item entirely. Fortunately, these situations are rare.
Nevertheless, we do our utmost to fulfill all pre-orders and inform our customers of any changes.
Thank you again for your trust and loyalty!
