I asked a question before ordering which was answered quickly and clearly. The delivery by Post in Portugal was one week. To be improved; - The product could be better specified on the website; - The delivery options do not specify the delivery time.

A customer service like I have rarely seen (and I work in the trade!). A product was not available, the team called me to warn me and offer me a replacement product. I replied by email at the beginning of the week, stressing that despite the lockdown period we are going through, I was crossing my fingers to receive it before the weekend (Easter) that was coming. And I did receive it! They sent it to me expressly at no extra cost. Thanks a million!
