I am very unhappy with Youdoit's customer service. I ordered edible gold glitter, and I received rose gold. I have tried to contact customer service by phone and by email several times, without ever getting a response.
My item never arrived, 6 weeks since shipping. Customer service does not respond. No stars for Youdoit.fr.
Order that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days with express delivery, is delivered in 2 weeks and arrives broken in several places, while the delivery box is impeccable. Pending resolution as I write this.

My order was missing an item and I haven't been able to contact the company since. I've contacted them by email, by phone, several times, and radio silence for 10 days. This is unacceptable!
After two months I still have not received the order worth €1,000. They told me there was a delay from the supplier, I agreed to wait until the end of April but to date they no longer respond to my emails. Unreliable seller!
Commitment to deliver in 72 hours 20 days later the product has still not arrived and it is indicated "delivered" on the site! The """"service client"""" confirms that the product has indeed never been delivered and gives no further information. Totally unserious seller, I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Puts an unsold item on the site and, when you order it, sends another one without even notifying you of the change. This is akin to forced selling.

Very bad evaluation...the item received does not match the pictures proposed during purchase and product desciption.
