Very nice oven, the pizzas are great One big remark about the backfire when you open the front of the oven to check it...it's potentially dangerous and the plastic handle doesn't handle it very well, plus the pellet compartment doesn't slide out perfectly...you have to be well prepared to take full advantage of it.

Order delivered on time. I had to change the regulator which is not adapted to the Butagaz cube. Otherwise I tested the oven which is great.

Very nice utensil, design, light and after many tests, successful pizzas. Just difficult to maintain heat at 400 degrees with pellets.
