Very disappointing. You can't even get the temperature you need to cook the pizzas. The wooden serving boards warped as they dried after hand washing.

Very expensive for a more than disappointing result. The temperature is not reached. Pizzas burn without being cooked.
You're forcing me to buy a thermometer (mine works fine) when all I need is a toothed belt (which is very fragile ...). This is forced selling ... not legal at all !!!
The pizza isn't cooked in the middle It looks great, but it's just a gadget in terms of function... 300€ wasted
Hello I am absolutely not satisfied with the combustion of the pizza oven. I do use pellets, but maintaining the temperature is complicated. In addition, the thermometer doesn't go up to 400°C. Customer service tells me that this is normal because the thermometer is at the front of the oven. I asked for a gas oven to replace it, but Ziipa refused. I don't recommend the pellet oven over other well-known brands. I was seduced by the knob but that's about it.
The product itself is very good! and the pizzas very good. I had met Ziipa at a trade show, and told them of my interest in the product. At the time, they suggested I follow them on social networks, as they often sent out promotional codes. After several exchanges with their CM, he told me that he would alert me before the next code was introduced, so that I could benefit from it. I had an event planned (wedding anniversary) and wanted to be able to make pizzas for it, so I placed an order without a promotion in order to receive it in time (due to the May bank holiday). I was disappointed to see a promotional code on their Instagram page just 2 days after my order... Despite my contacts and explanations, they didn't want to know... In short, a great product but very poor merchants...
